Unity Jiu Jitsu: 1 year of training

Todays blog post are some pictures from my jiujitsu gym, Unity of Valley Stream. Its exactly 1 yr since I walked into the gym. I was without a gym for about 2 months so i went looking for an open mat to train at on weekends. Since before I stepped foot on the mats I felt welcomed and very quickly become a member of the community. I train about 3x a week when my body allows me. Really happy to have found this place, just gotta not die and i’ll be a black belt one day….Oss!
